An intentional space for women and non-binary people to gather, soften, and remember what it feels like to be supported by touch, by presence, by one another.

So many of us move through the world overgiving, holding, bracing. This is a space to unlearn those patterns, gently.
Through guided, fully clothed partner and group exercises, you will be invited into an exploration of consent-based, nurturing touch as a practice of presence, listening, and care.
You will have opportunities to both give and receive within a clear structure, including multi-handed touch experiences that are designed to feel spacious and deeply supportive.
All touch is platonic, fully clothed, and always optional.

The workshop series includes:

✨ Interactive sound and energy practices to support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation
✨ Rituals and group exercises
Grounding and shared field awareness
Intention setting and visualization
Listening to the body’s cues and honoring boundaries
✨ Worksheets and learning materials
✨ Boundaries and consent training guided by Rakefet Laviolette, LPC
We will practice:
The foundations of clear, respectful, consent-based touch
Simple, relaxation-focused ways of offering supportive touch
Staying present in your body while giving and receiving
Communicating boundaries, needs, and preferences
Bring a journal and water, and wear comfortable clothing you can relax in.

Experience the extraordinary power of a five-person massage! This unique workshop combines gentle laying-on of hands techniques developed by Rosalyn Bruyere, Brooke Smith, and Maurice Kaehler with the amplified energy of multiple practitioners working in unison.
In this fully-clothed, interactive session, you'll both give and receive therapeutic touch alongside other participants, including experienced massage therapists and enthusiastic newcomers. Learn and practice therapeutic massage techniques while benefiting from the exponentially powerful healing field created by the group.
Our special guest, Anup Pandey of the Healing Temple, will further enhance the experience with shamanic drumming and sound healing.
